Premiere: Rough Days For Diamond Trade - Anywhere (Boom Clap Bachelors Remix)

Who is the hottest Scandinavian artist - category male on this planet? Hmm Rangleklods? The Mary Onettes? Sin Fang? You (or we) were good but not right since we talk Rough Days For Diamond Trade now. For the last couple of months Frederik Sølberg has grown from an underdog up to the new promising sparkle of the Copenhagen Electropop scene with his Berlin based label LOOKING FORWARD behind him. Yesterday the EP Somehow got released in the UK and The Guardian celebrated Rough Days For Diamond Trade as the new "A plaintive and restrained dose of Electro-Pop" and as "Goth-Rock with a Scandinavian twist". Paul Lester goes on "that Rough Days for Diamond Trade sound like a poppy Joy Division or Bauhaus. Like Tears for Fears, basically, forced to sing Mad World and Suffer The Children on a slow loop, at 18rpm, for all eternity." We can only agree with all this and keep you guys excited for his way too awesome music. Therefor we got the great honour to premier this Boom Clap Bachelors Remix of 'Anywhere' (our alltime fav btw) together with our UK friends from Ja Ja Ja today. Boom Clap Bachelors is a collective of producers, live musicians and DJs out of Copenhagen, founded in 2005.
